LETTER FROM LIL TO RAY

Dear Ray
      I wanted to write and say a big thank you to all the Pikehands for the great party you gave us. So, I thought as it was held at your pub, I would send this letter to you. To give such a happy successful evening entails a lot of hard work, and I know you have all been working and planning for weeks. The result was the happy time we all had. Graham excelled himself as catering manager. What a spread?
      I would just like to say to each and everyone of you, "Thanks fellows it was just great." You now have your Father and Son and I know Neil's going to be a great Pikehand. I just hope it goes on from Father to Son, because of all the misery in the world today, I'm jolly proud to to be part of such a caring family. It topped the evening for all of us when Jean became (Family Treasure) Pikehand of the Year. Does she deserve it??? she is the bravest of us all.
      I would like to say a special thank you to Kevin, He worked jolly hard and helped very much to make our evening as we left a lot of work behind. So fellows thanks again and just keep on Pike Handing.
