1.00 MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING
1.01 The minutes of the previous meeting were agreed as a true and accurate record although there were many omissions.

2.00 MATTERS ARISING
2.01 There were no matters arising as everybody forgot their copy.

3.00 FINAL ACCOUNT
3.01 The final account was reported in the style of Pete
3.02 The balance of the account stood proudly at £1518.36
3.03 The Cheltenham and Gloucester B.S. contributed £562
3.04 Last years party cost £155 plus £75
3.05 This years weekend cost £1234 (or £4321) plus forthcoming lunch
3.06 The Treasurer had no more to report except that more subs are required

4.00 PARTY
4.01 Nick "its good to talk" and Valerie kindly agreed to hold the family party at their house on either July 20^th or 27^th where they will be holding their 50^th (yes fifty) Wedding Anniversary

5.00 PROGRAMME
5.01 It was agreed that we were all on programme for an early retirement

6.00 DRAWING NAMES FROM THE HAT
6.01 After much fretting, sweating palms and local gusts of wind around the ramparts the names of Bry and Al were drawn out of the hat

7.00 DEMONSTRATION
7.01 A near riot/demonstration but was quickly laid to rest
