Youngster's Achievements 2011

ACHIEVEMENTS OF YOUNGER GENERATIONS 2011

  1. Ellie danced in the finals of, "Dance for Life," at the O2 and her group came second by one mark and she is due to dance in the first ever, "National Dance Proms," at the Albert Hall in November -- costing us a fortune in tickets. She took the principal role of the bisexual Maureen in, "Rent," and was fab. Taking GCSE Maths in November (nearly 2 years early) -- She got 4 marks short of an A* in the mock and she got a merit in her Gd V violin and Gd IV Musical Theatre.
  2. Jonathan beat the competition to win Southern Counties World Record Status Junior Competition for under 12s in July -- 144 arrows shot at 40m, 30m, 20m and 10m (144 between them not each). He also got a merit in his Gd III French Horn and managed against all the ods to go well above the National Average in his SATS.
  3. Can I nominate Charlie for going straight to the toilet and being dry at night week and whistling.
  4. And for Lucy -- for doing so well on her 5km, "Race for Life," -- walking all the way:- and raising over £300!!! and superb Hulhooping skills!
  5. Tasha's achievements this year in no particular order:-
    Met the Pope on her Birthday on his visit to Twickers
    Raced against Lindford Cristie at her school and beat him
    Won a bronze medal at a fun run in Bushey Park
    Set-up a street shop with her friends and raised money for WWF
    Held a crocodile in her hands.
  6. Georgiina's achievements this year
    Held a (doctored) skunk in her hands
    Received a duck award for good swimming
    Completed first year at school.
  7. I have two things that Corrine has achieved this year, She has won a poetry competition and will be having her poem published in a book of which I am very proud of her for. She also did a week of summer school at the beginning of the holidays to become familiar with her new classmates and teachers at her school, she received a trophy for attaining the second highest amount of credits (merits) in the week.
  8. Ruby can now climb the garden tree and get down again unaided. She has mastered a sequence of tricky moves on the trampoline and should be congratulated for all the good work she has done in home school this past year, to catch up with her peer group.
  9. Joanna -- Learnt to swim in arm bands and won the village fete picture competition.
  10. Ruby -- being dry during the day, learnt to talk, sleeping through the night and learning to cuddle.
